Wild Hill Cutting Garden Update!

July 13, 2020 Jenni Koch

Back in March we announced some very exciting news: the launch of our very own Wild Hill cutting garden! This winter we purchased flower seeds from one of our favorites, Floret Flowers! Then, early in the spring as the ground began to warm, we set out to build our cutting garden and plant a variety of unique seeds! You can read all about the start to this adventure on our previous blog post, “Exciting News: Wild Hill Cutting Garden Coming Soon!”.

Fast forward to July and our team’s hard work is blooming (literally)! Every day we are seeing new buds and blooms sprout up! Keep scrolling to see the growth!

Why all the excitement? Our cutting garden is exclusive for Wild Hill brides and clients! As our blooms grow, we are able to use them more and more in our daily arrangements and wedding flowers! This means our clients are not only getting top-notch blooms from our wholesaler, but also unique locally grown heirloom blooms!

Our first big cutting! So many fun colors to play with!

We are loving the pop of color and texture our cutting garden blooms are adding to designs. Can you spot our zinnias in the bouquet below?
