Wild Hill Floral Questionnaire
Thank you for your interest in Wild Hill Flowers and Events! We are so excited to learn more about your wedding! Our process begins with a 1-hour FREE initial consultation. We ask that you submit the completed Floral Questionnaire form below before our meeting, as well as bring any color/fabric swatches you have for reference. We also suggest you bring photos of your venue, flowers that you like/dislike (Pinterest is great for research!) and anything else that might be helpful to convey your vision.
We will present you with a detailed quote within one week of your initial consultation. Your date can be secured with a 30% deposit and signed contract. We accept all major credit cards, cash and check. In addition to your initial consultation, you will also meet for a final design/planning consultation 30 days from the date of your event. Your remaining balance is due two weeks before the event. Anything is changeable up until two weeks before. We are always available via email and phone call up until the day of your event.
*Our minimum booking requirement is $1500. To best serve our clients with undivided attention, we limit the number of weddings/events booked on each calendar date.
*The delivery fee is waived on orders over $1750, within our service range. Others will be quoted based on location.
*We have an extensive collection of vases and containers available to all our brides complementary with their floral package.
