Delivery

Delivery & Setup: Our Wild Hill Standard Delivery Fee includes two stops ( e.g. ceremony and reception). An additional fee will be charged for additional stops and will be determined by the location, time-sensitivity and complexity of the added stop. We ask that you give us a two hour time frame of when you would like us to deliver to each location.

When choosing a delivery time, please keep in mind the following : - If we are installing flowers on arbors or other ceremony backdrops the structure must be set up and ready (including fabric) - Linens must be on tables - If we are providing blooms or greenery for place settings, tables must be set. Napkins must be folded, tied, and ready for floral - All items that we are providing floral for must be unpackaged and ready for installation (e.g. signs, chairs, hanging pieces, lanterns etc) - Cake flowers and an image of the design will be provided for the cake decorator to put on the cake when it is delivered * In the event that the above items are not ready, Wild Hill may be unable to provide the agreed upon floral set up and installation Additional services such as set-up, design, and installation of linens, table numbers, napkins, arbors, etc are offered separately through our coordination services. FLORAL CEREMONY / RECEPTION TRANSFER

When needed, we can provide floral transfer from the ceremony to the reception for an additional fee, which will be quoted based on the distance and timing.

RENTAL AND GLASSWARE RETURN

When necessary, we will provide our totes for you to use to safely return Wild Hill rentals. A $25 charge will be applied for each tote that is not returned.
