Wild Hill Coordination Questionnaire

Thank you for choosing to be a #WildHillBride and allowing us to help with your special day! We are so excited to learn more about your love story and the details of your wedding day! Fill out as much of the questionnaire as you can, but if there are certain items you are unsure of that is a-okay! We will work through finalizing details together at our final consultation!

Want to be stress free the week of your wedding? Check out these helpful hints on how to best prepare for the day beforehand!

  • Place decor in labeled totes separated out between ceremony and reception.

  • If you have a specific vision for how decor should be set (for example, the guest book table, gift table, etc.) take a photo of it set up at home and tape it to the tote.

  • Communicate, communicate, communicate with your coordinator! There is no such thing as telling us too many details- the more we know, the better we can help!

  • Please be sure you understand all vendor contracts and that you share pertinent information with your family and guests (such as if cars may be left overnight). As coordinators, we are responsible for abiding by all other vendor contracts, just as we ask the vendor team to abide by ours. If you have any questions or concerns about pertinent information, ask your coordinator! They are a wonderful resource :)
